Celebrating Success: A-Level Results Day 2024
A-Level Results Day at Darwen Aldridge Community Academy was filled with excitement and joy as students collected their results. Many secured spots at their first-choice universities, marking the culmination of years of hard work.

DACA’s results showcased remarkable progress across a broad spectrum of subjects, with all reportable headline figures to the Department for Education (DfE) showing increases—many of them substantial compared to 2023. Both academic and applied general courses demonstrated significant gains, with nine subjects achieving or exceeding their target grades. These top-performing subjects include Biology, Computer Science, English Literature, History, Religious Studies, Sociology, Criminology, Business, and Sport.
