On Wednesday 5th February Keiran Monaghan and Morgan McLeod competed in the Blackburn STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) Challenge Final 2014. They had designed and made a glider during STEM session threes and were selected to represent DACA in the competition between local schools. Keiran and Morgan had to give a pitch detailing their costing, difficulties and successes in this project. They boys were a credit to the school and despite not winning the event over all the tour of Ewood Park was greatly enjoyed.
